Requests in Prison
If a prisoner wants something, he needs to file a request for it. For example: he wants a copy of his file. Or: he wants to speak a doctor.

Requests for Receiving and Sending Packages
You might want to receive or send packages. You've got to file a request as well. Packages can be handed over personally as well (Monday to Friday from 9am to 12am and 1pm to 5pm). On deportations, 20 kilogram are allowed.
